What about Bob?
I have long held a passion for music making and want to help you when it comes to percussion. Rooted in the experience of my own performing, I can help with maintaining, repairing, renting or finding equipment for your one-time or ongoing needs.
As a section player, principal, and soloist, I understand the importance of the percussion equipment in any performance. In those roles, I have relied not only on my musical training and practice, but also on my technical skills as a scientist and inventor to maintain, repair and modify percussion equipment to achieve the best musical sounds. (Sometimes, just creating a better way to move the equipment.)
Having many colleagues among music educators and other time-strapped ensemble leaders, I know that the percussion battery can be neglected. My goal is to position you and your percussion section for success. Whether you have broken drum heads or instruments that clank instead of ring, we can size up the situation and move ahead on making great music come from the back row!
